Terms of use
What this website is, what a booking on it means, and what it does not promise.
Plain language on purpose.
Who we are
Erasmus Life Athens is a student community based in Athens, Greece. This website is operated by us and is the public face of our office: erasmuslifeathens@gmail.com, +30 697 251 8185.
What a booking means
Booking an office slot holds a time for you at our office. It is a request we accept in good faith; it is not a purchase and no payment is taken on this site. Trip seats, event places and the Erasmus Card are completed in person at the office, where you are told the exact amount before you pay anything.
Cancellations
If you cannot make a slot, message us on WhatsApp and it is released for someone else. We may cancel or move a slot, an event or a trip when we have to — weather, transport, numbers — and we tell you as early as we can.
Accommodation
We are not a real-estate agency. The housing register lists places owners have asked us to pass on to students. Any rental agreement, deposit and payment is between you and the owner. We check what we can and tell you what we know, but we are not a party to your lease and we cannot guarantee availability, condition or price.
Events and trips
Taking part is voluntary and at your own responsibility. Follow the crew's instructions, look after your own belongings, and make sure your own travel and health insurance covers you — ours does not cover you.
Content and photographs
Text, drawings and photographs on this site belong to Erasmus Life Athens or to the people who made them, and may not be reused commercially without our permission. The people in our photographs are members of the community; nothing more is claimed about them. If you appear in a photograph and want it removed, write to us and it comes down.
Availability and accuracy
We keep this site accurate and online as best we can, but we cannot promise it is uninterrupted or error-free. Where a page is waiting on information from the office it says so instead of guessing.
Law
Greek law applies, and the courts of Athens have jurisdiction. Nothing here limits rights you have as a consumer under Greek or EU law.
